The only thing thats been mentioned about the plot is that it starts off from Secret Wars and then goes into Civil War when you pick play as either pro-registration or anti-registration.

hmmm secret wars were fucking great and then civil war better be good too.. I just wanna see Thor Clone get Hercu-Smashed. I hope they have that arcade style play with a good story behind it.
