    I think if you start to throw in maybe two sessions each week of some heavy, low-rep lifting and really push yourself, mixed in with your typical workout, you'll start to see more definition... you won't bulk up much, 'cause it will be a limited amount of heavy work, but it will be enough to really pump your muscles and force some more results... good job so far man, I wish I had any sort of motivation to get in shape again lol...

    actually, low reps and heavy weight builds mass and strength... unless you
    was tellin him to do it sparingly, of course.

    Exactly, I'd thought the same way.


    But, Keebs, gave me a good idea.

    I'm going to do my normal routine, but add a set of a low rep--heavy heavy weight in between the two sets.

    So substitute one normal 8 rep to a 6 heavy weight.

    That'd be ideal. Hell, I finally got up to 175lbs.
    Took me forever, but low reps and heavy weight works.
