Is it Really Rain

Rain drops slowly spit, as if God had lip full of dip
Starting in one spot, coasting from plains to mountains
While God tries to fix a pipe in his broken water fountain
I hear you people doubting, but I’m not hear to state facts
Only truth, as acidic rain burns the souls of our youth

Sun showers are joyful, God crying happily over his creation
But an angry God only causes turmoil to our great nation
Hurricanes and monsoons are one thing, but green rain is not God
Acidic rain stops breathing, the joyful cries of prevailing demons
Troubled souls are all around us, even as I type this poem
Who will go through great troubles to meet God and try to over throw him
Which hopefully will not occur, or life will be gone in a blur
Unable to have a voice, will just be broken pencils without points

Pain brings them joy, tragedies and catastrophes make them blissful
So happy that tears fall from the skies and burn our worlds eyes
Blind to see this, scientists come up with insane notions
But their just under a spell inflicted by these demons potion
Blasphemy is what I say, but this is not my war to fight
Because even with the whole world’s mite, demons will still prevail
We have no control over these unknown empires, but we feel their despair
And we feel their joyful actions,
So I ask you are rain drops just rain drops or are they filled with PASSION

this is a gd piece
the flow is consistent, and th structure is alrite
th rhyming is also alrite, but in th second verse u hav 2 luk for it a bit
in answer 2 ur question: yes it is rain, but it is not natural rain.
i see this as more of a poem than an open mic, but thats jus my opinion
i liked th concept of this piece
(i think) ur defending God, and saying that He should not be blamed for th problems caused by acid rain.

this is a gd piece, keep tryin, and possibly post this in 'poetic scriptures' (if thts still here) as u will get betta feed there for a piece like this

Nice read. I liked everything about it. The imagery,concept,emotion,wordplay, rhyme scheme. The diction was decent. Vocab was good as well. A bit long but i write one's similar to it. Keep them coming.

good peice. different and interesting topic. also a great deal of creativity.
flow was excellent as well as the structure both just about perfect.
nice job on rhymes and imagery. that was very good. vocab was descent.
