    The display box doesn't go with the site at all.

    Put a border around it to separate it and try to alter the scrollbar color and the like to go along with the rest of the page (the color alteration will probably only work in IE I think).

    Get rid of the clock.

    Organise the logos on the bottom right corner of the news section a bit better.. blank space is a no-no there.

    I think there is an overuse of flash but whatever I like php. =/
