I think if you start to throw in maybe two sessions each week of some heavy, low-rep lifting and really push yourself, mixed in with your typical workout, you'll start to see more definition... you won't bulk up much, 'cause it will be a limited amount of heavy work, but it will be enough to really pump your muscles and force some more results... good job so far man, I wish I had any sort of motivation to get in shape again lol...

Exactly, I'd thought the same way.
But, Keebs, gave me a good idea.
I'm going to do my normal routine, but add a set of a low rep--heavy heavy weight in between the two sets.
So substitute one normal 8 rep to a 6 heavy weight.
