808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
d/loaded both earlier today, and after one listen through I like Luda's album better. Both of them are definitely worth the buy, but all the vocalizer/r&b Kanye gets a little old after a while. Only big complaint I have right now on Luda's album is all the feature spots he has. Damn near every song has someone featured on the track.
anyone else got 'em yet?

808 has ONE good song.
Vote - Theatre of the Mind, I've been waiting for that album since Release Therapy and I am not let down.

I hate Kanye's new album, sorry.
Luda is one of my faves, this is not awful, but not that great. I can stand it though.
Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
I don't hate Kanye's new shit, but I definitely can't say I love it either. It's there. I'll prolly listen to it every now and again.

Only one of those is worth buying. Was this thread actually needed...

Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
wassup with Kanye breaking the continuity of his "school themed" albums?
where is "Good Damn Job"?
that was supposed to close out college drop out, late registration, and graduation...
and all his new songs sound like half efforts to be honest.
I'm diggin the direction he's going, but the execution is poor imo.
Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
t pain started selling
that's what happened
Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
what I thought Ludas album was wack compared to his last one wtf 14 tracks? lazy bastard Kanye's album shits on ludas
Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
That's because you lack musicality. lol seriously.

Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
all kanye's new songs aren't HALF as good as any songs on his last three albums imo... they're all on some "I've been listening to too much T-pain and so I think I can sing like he can" shit... sorry, but anyone saying that shit is even remotely NEAR his old shit is obviously deaf... don't get me wrong, I like some of the songs on the new album, but he's not a singer... he's a fucking rapper and it's what he should stick to...
Theater of the mind is good, but the I know what them girls like shit is annoying... that one dude's voice kills me on the chorus lol... nerdy little hoe.
*waits for 50, eminem, and dre's albums to drop*

Why would you await another 50 album?
Re: 808's & Heartbreaks v. Theatre Of The Mind.
I ain't gonna lie... I dig 50 and Kanye the same... sure his shit's not as good as it use to be, but he's still got some songs that bump good in the stereo.
